Ready to work with me?

  1. Send an email to appointment@milkweedlactationasheville.com

  2. Once you send the email, you will receive an auto-reply email with a link to a form.

  3. Fill out the form to include your address, contact information and insurance information if applicable.

  4. I will review your form submission within 24 hours. I will verify your insurance benefits and make sure your address is within my travel radius.

  5. If everything looks good, I will send you a booking link via email. The link will also contain a medical history form to fill out prior to the visit.
